Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our products are made to order.

Products sold may only be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date of delivery, on condition that they are returned undamaged, in their original packaging and condition. Customers may not return or exchange the following products:

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Custom made items

If there is no physical defect or fault with the product and the exchange is based on style, finish or size, then a collection fee will be applicable and delivery fees will not be credited.

To request a return/exchange please email: hello@kanaandesignstudio.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item you would like to return/ exchange
  • Reason for the return/exchange request (We'd love your feedback!)
  • New item request (If applicable)

DAMAGE AND LIABILITY DURING DELIVERY

You are responsible for checking all products upon delivery. If your order was damaged during transit - don’t panic. Please email us (hello@kanaandesignstudio.com) within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Please include photographs of the damages before completely removing or discarding the packaging and wrapping. If these instructions are not followed accordingly Kanaän Design Studio cannot assist you with repairs. KDS will consult with the couriers, after which we will repair the product to the best of our abilities, at no additional cost, and if deemed necessary, we will replace the product(s). Please ensure that pieces are securely wrapped before we schedule collection for return. Failure to follow will void liability.
