Shipping & Deliveries

SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order has been placed online, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. This is your receipt and should be retained for your records, in our effort to save trees we do not include an invoice in your order. This email will contain an order number at the top, a detailed list of your order, as well as the shipping and billing details as provided by the purchaser. Please check it over for accuracy and notify us at once if you notice any discrepancies. If you do not receive the order confirmation email, contact us ASAP.

SHIPPING COSTS

For all orders within South Africa, a shipping fee of R100.00 will apply. For all international orders, a shipping fee will incur depending on the size/weight of the product/products that you have chosen to purchase. Currently, we do not ship internationally but if you want to enquire about this option please email or inbox us.

DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries in South Africa will take place during normal business hours from Monday to Friday, unless otherwise agreed between the parties in writing. The Company shall endeavor to ensure that deliveries are made to the Customer within 3 business days in major centre's within South Africa and 5 business days in outlying areas (calculated Monday to Thursday) of the Product being dispatched by the Company. The Product will be dispatched within 3 business days of the Customer placing if the Product is in stock and within 1 - 2 weeks if the Product is not in stock or is required to be custom made (taking into account the size of the customer’s order). 

Should you prefer to organise your own delivery, collection from our studio in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, can be arranged. Please contact us to make arrangements.
